•Product prices are subject to change without notice.

•ImproperClothing.com, its owners, associates, agents are not responsible for any errors or omissions, whether digital, print, or any other medium (this includes the internet).

•Shipping charges non-refundable.

•No refunds or exchanges, for any reason, after 21 days of receipt.

•Merchandise will be returned (at buyers expense) which will be re-imbursed to you upon arrival to us.

•Please allow 1-3 wks for delivery.

•We guarantees quality on all products, and follow strictly the return policy below:

•Please inspect all products upon delivery for fit and order accuracy. If you are not satisfied, place the product (s) in a box along with a copy of the invoice and the reason for your dissatisfaction and ship to the address below:

•All products must be returned within 21 days of purchase or no return or refund will be given.

•Items that have been laundered or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.

•The customer is responsible for return postage unless due to an error on the part of Improper Clothing. We encourage the use United States Postal Service (priority mail), or a carrier that generates tracking numbers, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.

•To place a new order for merchandise, please place your replacement order through our online store.

•Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Once your return is processed, your refund will be mailed to you in the form of a check or sent back to you through Pay Pal.
